On May 4, the “Persuasion Techniques” training conducted by Veysel Sami Berikan at Startkey Head Office contributed to improving our consultants’ communication and client relationship skills.

On May 6, the “Hypnotic Sales and Sales Closing Language Patterns” training with Kürşat Tuncel delivered valuable insights into effective communication techniques and result-oriented sales strategies.

On May 7, the Startkey Theatre Club performed the play “So, You Became a Realtor?”, providing participants with an enjoyable and entertaining experience.

On May 13–14–15, the Real Estate Consultant Key Training delivered by Veysel Sami Berikan and Yaprak Sönmez was successfully completed as a comprehensive program supporting the professional development of newly joined consultants.

Throughout May, office visits were conducted with brokers and consultants, where field evaluations were made and discussions were held regarding operational processes and development areas.

Upcoming 30 Days

On June 3, the Startkey Theatre Club will once again take the stage with its widely appreciated performance “So, You Became a Realtor?”.

On June 10, Gökhan Akdoğan will deliver the “Recruiting & Retention – For Brokers and Managers” training, focusing on team building, management, and agent retention.

On June 11, Veysel Sami Berikan will conduct the “More Than What Meets the Eye” training at Kuşadası Aqua Fantasy, offering participants a unique perspective-driven program.

Office visits will continue throughout June, ensuring ongoing field engagement and operational follow-up.

Franchise Sales Directorate

In May, Startkey Türkiye continued its growth with two new office investments.

The launch of Startkey A Plus 2 and Startkey REF 2 once again demonstrated the strong trust of our existing brokers in the brand.

The fact that both investments were established as second offices by existing brokers is a clear indicator of trust in our system and our sustainable growth model.

We wish both offices a successful and productive operational period as they add value to their respective regions.
