On April 8, the Real Estate Finance training conducted by Dr. Ahmet Büyükduman focused on key topics that strengthened financial perspectives in the sector.
On April 9, the experience-sharing session titled Where Does the Consultant Difference Begin?, featuring Ayşenur Müftüoğlu, Fidem Şanlısoy, Güldeniz Koç, Hüseyin Türkaslan, and İbrahim Çelikel, created an important knowledge-sharing platform through real field experiences.
Between April 15–16–17, the Real Estate Consultant Key Training was held with Veysel Sami Berikan and Yaprak Sönmez.
On April 28, the From Pixel to Portfolio training conducted by Uğur Matur comprehensively addressed the impact of the digital world on real estate portfolio management.
On April 29, the Understanding People in Real Estate training was held at Startkey Investment Office with Veysel Sami Berikan.

April was a period for Startkey in which preparing for the future took priority over new field openings.
