Biography

Cemal Dönmez is an İzmir-born real estate professional who brings his European academic background and entrepreneurial experience from the United States into Turkey’s real estate market.

He earned his degree in European Politics and Law from Sofia University in Sofia, Bulgaria. During his university preparatory year, he completed intensive language training in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian, and successfully graduated after four years of undergraduate study.

Following graduation, he served as a Public Relations Manager in the hospitality sector for one year, gaining hands-on experience in communication, crisis management, and customer satisfaction.

He then moved to the United States, where he founded and managed his own construction design and renovation company for ten years. During this time, he specialized in:

• Bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Full interior remodeling projects
• Drywall and painting applications
• Garage epoxy flooring systems
• Small-scale renovations and project management

In 2024, he returned to Turkey and began his real estate career under the umbrella of Startkey, providing professional consulting services in the rapidly developing regions of İzmir.

He focuses primarily on investment-oriented land opportunities, villas, and family residences in Villakent, Seyrek, Koyundere, and Menemen.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian, he effectively works with international clients and investors.

Married and a father of two, Cemal Dönmez resides in Villakent and closely monitors the local market dynamics of the areas he serves.
